Applying Best Lawn Soil Conditioner

The night before seed down I apply soil conditioner to the soil. This loosens up the soil so when I go to seed the next day I can roll the seed right into the dirt. It’s super soft and easy to do.
You can also do this on hard compact soils, every few weeks, until it’s a nice soft lawn. It works great!
