Milorganite Step Two – The Best Summer Fertilizer

Milorganite is the best summer fertilizer because it slowly feeds the lawn without burning it in the summer heat. Step 2 of the lawn fertilizer schedule is to apply it around the fourth of July.
I prefer to put it down a week before the 4th so the milorganite has a chance to work it’s organic nitrogen and iron into the soil and give the lawn a boost for the holiday!
